We are seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. If you have a passion for logistics, excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound material flow through 3PL warehouses
- Resolve order issues related to stock discrepancies, damaged goods and more
- Collaborate with 3PLs
- Coordinate with transport partners on shipments, addressing delivery challenges, delays, or damaged freight
- Handle customer complaints
- Track sales orders and maintain reporting to ensure shipments are on schedule
- Participate in KPI reviews and drive improvements in logistics performance
- Manage export processes, including returns to suppliers
- Support cross-functional logistics tasks, including inventory accuracy and inbound/outbound processing
Who We're Looking For:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or transport environment
- Previous experience managing third-party suppliers is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems, SAP experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Customer service-driven, able to handle a fast-paced, busy environment with a focus on solutions
- Strong data analysis capabilities with attention to detail
- Familiarity with operational planning and logistics management practices
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is advantageous but not essential
